Meet Mario’s clinic companion is provided by MediBalans Christina Biri AB for existing clinic accounts. It provides access to original reports, appointment booking and private clinic messages. Contact MediBalans to arrange an account or resolve access questions.

Source reports are displayed as records from their original providers. Contact your clinician to discuss them. Messages go to the clinic team and may not receive an immediate response. This service is not an emergency service. Use your local emergency number when urgent help is needed.

No subscription purchase or automatic clinical recommendation is offered in this companion. Appointment services may have their own charges and booking conditions, shown in the booking flow. Deleting an app account does not cancel appointments or a separately purchased service.

Use only your own account. Keep your sign-in information private. You can delete your app account from Account settings; required clinical records remain with the clinic under its retention policy.
