MediBalans Christina Biri AB (559249-7290), c/o Christina Biri, Banérgatan 10, 115 23 Stockholm, Sweden, is responsible for the personal data used in this clinic companion.

The companion uses your account email, sign-in session, original record files, booking details and messages to provide account access and clinic services. Sign-in credentials and session information are stored on your device. Reports and messages are retrieved for your signed-in account and are not stored as an offline library.

Authentication uses Supabase. Record files are retrieved from private storage using short-lived links. Booking and clinic services use MediBalans’ configured service providers. We do not use this companion to generate clinical AI recommendations or sell advertising data.

You can request deletion of your app account in Account settings. App account deletion does not remove clinical records that the clinic is legally required to retain. Contact the clinic to request access, correction or information about retained records and applicable retention periods.
